Ah! I worked in a commercial bakery, 10 pm to 6 am. I didn’t mind the hours, the people in charge were idiotic synchophants.

I work on cars & trucks.

At the bakery, they only made bread. Kaiser rolls, hero rolls, french bread, dinner rolls, etc. We delivered to restaurants, delicatessens, pizza shops.

Haven’t been hurt in years fixing things. Hurt myself more at the bakery, through other peoples laziness/stupidity.
